Café Restaurant Hummel v Josefstadte je živou ukážkou viedenskej kaviarenskej kultúry bez nostalgickej pózy: miesto, kde sa pri raňajkách, obede aj neskorom pohári vína prirodzene mieša susedský rytmus s mestskou eleganciou. Tradičné jedlá, noviny pri káve a uvoľnená atmosféra vytvárajú autentický obraz súčasnej Viedne – kultivovanej, neokázalej a hlboko zakorenenej v každodennom rituáli dobrého stola.

What a bee-utiful little cafe. Came here for a breakfast and the vibes are immaculate. Do note that it is an Austrian tradition to spend a long time enjoying coffee/food while having long conversations. The service staff are helpful and hilarious, tho not all speak English (there is an English menu). The food also was so very lovely, and I enjoyed sitting outside while sipping my coffee. Will be back soon!
You’ll get One of the best local food which is too tasty. Got recommended by the hostel I was staying and it dint disappoint. The service was great, amazing people, they actually tried to help me figure out the best food (as I don’t eat beef) Highly recommended
