Café Frauenhuber patrí k najstarším viedenským kaviarňam a nesie v sebe tichú dôstojnosť mesta, kde sa hudobná história prirodzene stretáva s každodenným rituálom kávy. V salónoch s patinou starého centra zaznieva ozvena čias, keď tu účinkovali Mozart a Beethoven, no atmosféra zostáva živá, nenútená a prekvapivo súčasná. Je to miesto pre pomalé popoludnie, klasický dezert a chvíľu, v ktorej Viedeň ukáže svoju kultúru bez veľkých gest.
Highly recommended. Melange Coffee was amazing, Kaiserschmarm was ok. The apple and the plum sauces were nice but the kaiserschmarm itself was thick and kinda dry and the portions are waaay too big in my opinion. I also detest having to tip in a non tipping country
An old coffee house with a rich history. The classics were available to order, paired nicely with a nice hot cup of coffee. Though the room was a bit warm to my liking, but I was able to sit back, relax and my mind seeming traveled back in time to imagine what it was like when the Greats such as Mozart and Beethoven came in and enjoyed their afternoon snack.
