We had an amazing dinner! We were there 21st at 17:30 and the both waiters were amazing. We trully appreciate your hospitality! Great japanese fusion, good sake selection (try junmai daiginjo), superb service. The trout was fantastic, and the japanese carbonara was great - though one recommendation I can give would be to change the ham they use and try out a fattier cut. Also, have the yuzu cocktail.
