What a beautiful hotel. As soon as you walk through the door you feel relaxed. Was offered a glass of wine at check in and then a welcome bottle of wine with a lovely hand written note was in our room. The breakfast was lovely and the dining area is stunning! Beautiful historical building with extremely charming interior in the heart of Vienna. Everybody was very polite and helpful, we felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious, towels and bedding very soft, bed very comfortable. Complimentary wine and tasty cakes were nice surprise. Upon check out we were given small bottles of water “for the road”, very much appreciated. Will surely come back.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding our room at the beginning, but the way the team handled the situation truly impressed us.
