Ostmeer – the asian kitchen porta un’Asia contemporanea nel ritmo quotidiano di Vienna, con un’atmosfera urbana e calibrata, lontana dal folklore e vicina al gusto metropolitano. Old school Chinese restaurant. Beef was abit too salty, curry chicken was on point. Pretty good portions with lots of veggies with the main dish. No service charge so the meal worked out to be around 35 euros. Complimentary fruits and fortune cookie at the end.
The food was quite good but the service could be better. It was empty and we only got 2 cards for 4 people. Then we were waiting a long time for someone to ask us what we want. We ordered everything at once and the soup came before the drinks. And random the dishes came so eating together was not quite posisble. We went there yesterday for the first time. What a great place! Lovely food, very artistic environment, reasonable prices. We ordered the La Mien shrimps soup with coconut… delicious, can very much recommend. The Tofu dish was also delicious, My son ordered the Bulgogi, and quite loved it!
