What a wonderful first stop during our Christmas trip to Vienna! After several delays, we arrive in the city quite late in the evening with frigid temperatures. Nothing venison and pumpkin soup can’t fix! Perfect location, right across from the main and largest Christmas market in the heart of the city. Cafe has been around for a very long time and the decor shows it in the best way possible. Service is wonderful…
The lady at the front desk serve is very well with smile all the time. There is the area for leaving the Jacket, the officers smile hospitality and guides us very well. The food is great especially the Chicken Truffle Risotto is perfect dish for us. The beef Goulash is also perfect but a little bot salty. I do recommend to visit and keep the space in your stomach for food here. And the most appreciated is Red Beer.
We’ve wanted to experience the cafe culture of Vienna and reserved the place for brunch. The cafe had a very nice atmosphere, they received us in a polite manner and they had a winter jacket area with a receptionist which was great. The building where cafe is itself a Theater, so it was a quite different infrastructure. We ordered the famous chocolate cakes, cheese omelette (Kaiserschmarrn) and hot chocolate. The…
