Zur eisernen Zeit njeguje atmosferu bečkog “Beisla” s mirnom ozbiljnošću: tamno drvo, šum razgovora i osjećaj da se ovdje vrijeme mjeri gutljajem i zalogajem, ne žurbom. Kuhinja ostaje vjerna klasicima uz diskretno suvremen rukopis, pa je doživljaj istodobno nostalgičan i posve u skladu s današnjim bečkim ritmom. Idealno za večer u kojoj se traži autentičnost bez teatralnosti.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👍👍 This is the most lovely restaurant I had visited in Vienna. The atmosphere is very homey, and the waiter was polite and helpful. Every dish I ordered was great. They serve the traditional Austrian food like many other restaurant, but somehow they made it much more unique and memorable. Their Kaiserschmarrn was super fluffy and tasted amazing.
A perfect spot on a freezing evening, in a down to earth, small restaurant with rustic furnishings and serving hearty Austrian dishes. One of the two or three places in the naschmarkt that was opened for dinner in January. Excellent sweet potato soup which was a novelty to me. And a filling, lung and heart ragout, a.k.a. comfort food to me with two bread dumplings, accompanied by a glass of the house red Zweigelt.
We had a wonderful time here enjoying some truly delicious Austrian classics. The place is super cozy and welcoming, and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. Definitely a place we’d recommend!
