Stuwer – Neues Wiener Beisl suptilno osvježava tradiciju beisla: klasična bečka udobnost ostaje, ali tanjuri dolaze s modernom preciznošću i osjećajem za sezonu. Atmosfera je opuštena, gotovo susjedska, no s profinjenim detaljima koji odaju suvremeni Beč—grad u kojem se rituali rado zadržavaju, ali se okusi stalno promišljaju iznova.
This is my favourite place and I haven’t tried many yet, I just know a great place when I see one, food and wine were insanely good, the playlist is magnificent, and they had me without a reservation which is something most restaurants in Vienna won’t do! I’ll be visiting and recommending this more✨
The dinner was amazing and authentic, with locals dining there during my meal. I especially enjoyed the Kaiserschmarrn, a sweet and fluffy pancake with a slight crispness outside.
A very popular modern restaurant with some traditional "Beisl" atmosphere and friendly service. Unfortunately I have not tried any dish other than goose (which I tried on three occasions), and sadly the goose is really not good, despite what some websites say. I can believe that other dishes are better, however.
