Mama Liu & Sons on moderni, napakasti kuratoitu kohtauspaikka, jossa aasialaiset maut on sovitettu wieniläiseen rytmiin: tarkat tekniikat, selkeä makuprofiili ja huoleton itsevarmuus samassa paketissa. Tunnelma on urbaani ja elävä, ja kokonaisuus tuntuu yhtä aikaa kansainväliseltä ja luontevasti kaupungin nykyiseen ruokakulttuuriin kiinnittyvältä.
It seemed like a humble place from outside, a casual burger place. The food was perfectly prepared (I had fried chicken and sweet potato fries) and the ambience just right with not many people at the time of visit. Music was a bit loud though for a restaurant. And it had the most artistic handwashing space I've seen in a restaurant, large and with mirror glasses set up in the underground. I thought it was a weird…
The restaurant is already full at 18.00, I would recommend reservation in advance. Even so we got there at 17.00 and got a table. The food was 4/5, very nice, but overpriced. The taste is good, not outstanding.
I just have to say that I was really satisfied with my visit here. All my dishes were delicious. It was an excellent culinary experience for me, everything had a lot of flavor. Recommended
