Bitzinger, junto a la Albertina, destila el ritual vienés del Würstelstand con una precisión casi teatral: salchichas bien doradas, condimentos al punto y una energía urbana que no necesita decorado. Entre el flujo de la Ópera y el anochecer del centro, es una parada breve pero elocuente para entender cómo Viena combina tradición cotidiana y modernidad sin alzar la voz.
An ordinary booth, but it's nice that you can eat there since there's a small counter. The sausages are great—a set of two sausages plus a cola costs around 15 euros, which I think is a fair price. The only downside that needs improvement is the bread. It was dry, and with such good sausages, you'd expect equally tasty bread.
This iconic place is everything that was promised. That was hands down the best sausage I have ever had in my life. I may compose a love ballad. The service was quick and eating it right at the stand made it a fun and unique experience.
Highly recommended here, we were during Christmas markets so there was a good competition :) Was good, worth the line out while it's cold ?? not so sure. Take any type of sausage , skip the bread (which was too dry to my taste) and you can enjoy another one.
