To start with conclusion, Maka Ramen is now my no. 2 ramen place in Vienna 🫶. The window tables is next to each other, so if u wanba talk with somebody its not perfect! I was there we my friend an we had 3 starters: cooked mushroom, melanzana & chicken. After we had 2 different Ramen as main course, everything was very superdelicious.
From all the ramen I have had in Austria this has to be the most delicious - even though the name may be somewhat of a misnomer here, the vegan variant tastes and looks nothing like a ramen would and the chicken broth - pork belly combination is also an unusual choice.
