I enjoyed my recent stay here. The staff was beyond professional and accommodating. It's a great centralized location for anything you’re looking to do in the city center.
Tucked just behind St. Stephen’s, Kaiserin Elisabeth carries the discreet elegance of old Vienna—polished wood, quiet corridors, and a sense of history that feels worn-in rather than staged. It’s a calm, central address that suits the city’s rhythm: morning coffee within steps, the Ringstraße by a short stroll, and culture close enough to return between acts.

Very nice and cozy hotel in the city centre, near st. Stephan’s cathedral and the subway. We really enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back one day
I will not repeat the good points of other reviews, but one thing stands out for us. We come from Canada, and are used to cool hotel room temperatures. We arrived at the hotel when the outside temperature was 34 degrees! We set our room (402) temperature to 21 and the room stayed at this temperature with no problem.
