Το Häuserl am Stoan είναι ένα αυθεντικό Heuriger στο Mauer, με κήπο κάτω από καστανιές και μια ατμόσφαιρα που ισορροπεί διακριτικά ανάμεσα στην παλιά Βιέννη και τη σημερινή, χαλαρή της αυτοπεποίθηση. Τα κρασιά ρέουν με τον ρυθμό της εποχής και η κουζίνα παραμένει πιστή στη βιεννέζικη παράδοση, χωρίς επιτήδευση—μια μικρή τελετουργία καθημερινότητας, όπως την αγαπά η πόλη.
I really loved the atmosphere — it’s such a beautiful place with a charming vibe. The food was good, traditional Austrian dishes, and the wine was truly excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. It’s a lovely spot, especially if you go with family. You definitely need to book a table in advance during weekends or springtime, as it gets very busy and some dishes might sell out. I really enjoyed it.
On my way of hiking along the stadtwandegweg 2, my nose caught the good smell of food. Its a cozy place with outdoor table and a nice overview of the city. With all the restaurant I passed by seems they have a reasonable price. Friendly staff for my not so good Deutsch. Its not my regular schweinbraten Styrian style but it was good and not salty. Be a little patient when they are busy😉
This is a nice and comfy local with kind staff. You can either eat inside or outside if the weather is good, which I really recommend. The food is really tasty and the portions are big. You can try traditional Austrian cuisine, I can recommend “knödel”, it’s really good. The prices are not high. I can recommend this place and I’m sure I’ll come back.
