We were SO happy to find OTOTO during our visit to Vienna! We visited both locations and love both their standard for quality coffee and matcha and their business model which supports local small brands. Environment is beautiful and inspiring, and their staff was friendly and helpful:). We even got the delight of meeting the owner, who is such a lovely person. Beautiful concept store that’s really well merchandised, but feels quite overpriced for what it is. The coffee was good and the atmosphere is relaxing, though it does come across a bit sterile. The matcha yuzu soda was nice, but more because of the other flavours than the matcha itself. Lovely place to sit for a bit, but not somewhere you need to go out of your way to visit.
This is a lovely lifestyle concept store and cafe! The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable, and it’s so much fun to browse through their curated selection of items. The coffee was excellent, but the highlight for me was that it’s pet-friendly. I met a very cute dog during my visit, which made the whole vibe feel so great relaxed.
