Stuwer – Neues Wiener Beisl překládá tradici vídeňského beislu do současného jazyka: uvolněná atmosféra, přesná kuchyně a cit pro detail bez nostalgického patosu. V jídelním lístku se potkávají poctivé rakouské chutě s moderním rukopisem a promyšleným párováním nápojů, které sem přitahuje místní publikum. Je to Vídeň dneška – neokázalá, sebejistá a gastronomicky vnímavá.
As tourists, we tried five different Austrian spots—five schnitzels and five Kaiserschmarrns. This place was the best, bar none. We actually picked a random pin on the map just to get out of an Uber on the way somewhere else and ended up here by pure chance. Lucky accident. I’d recommend the veal schnitzel, cordon bleu asparagus, beef tartare and Kaiserschmarrn. If I’m ever back in Vienna, I’ll definitely come again.
This is my favourite place and I haven’t tried many yet, I just know a great place when I see one, food and wine were insanely good, the playlist is magnificent, and they had me without a reservation which is something most restaurants in Vienna won’t do! I’ll be visiting and recommending this more✨
The dinner was amazing and authentic, with locals dining there during my meal. I especially enjoyed the Kaiserschmarrn, a sweet and fluffy pancake with a slight crispness outside.
