Wiener Wirtschaft pěstuje vídeňskou wirtshausovou kulturu v její nejčistší podobě: klidná, poctivá atmosféra a kuchyně, která stojí na klasice, ale dýchá sezónou. V menu se potkává telecí řízek, tafelspitz či guláš s precizně vedenými „domácími“ detaily – a je téměř povinností zakončit večer mléčným smetanovým štrúdlem. K tomu se podává pečlivě ošetřené čepované pivo a výběr rakouských vín, který dává tradičnímu stolu současný lesk.
Wonderful restaurant, with delicious food. Atmosphere was relaxing with nice ambiance music. Tried the calf’s liver and it was the best choice. Restaurant was not busy when we went so the service felt a bit lacking, took some time until the waitress came to pick our order. A little more attention would matter for the overall experience.
We had a pleasant experience in this restaurant. We ordered the classics and a bottle of Riesling. The service was great and they were super attentive with us. My main critique was the execution of the schnitzel. The breading fully separated from the veal, usually indicating a poor cooking method and execution. The flavour however was good. Originally my wife and I walked to Gasthaus Buchecker & Sohn hoping to get some food. We walked in for a table of 2, there were seats open but were told that nothing was available.
