Stopped by Öfferl on Wollzeile for a coffee and pastry, and it was one of our favourite bakery stops in Vienna. Had another wonderful experience here in Vienna. This place was recommended by a local during a dinner at another restaurant. They are open early, at least on this Monday. As tourists we can only speak pleasantries in German so it was refreshing to be able to ask questions about the pastries in English. Really good bakery, the breakfast was great and very well priced for what it was, which is a lovely change to what we're used to in Vienna. Service was so friendly and quick. We got takeaway pastrami sandwiches for lunch and they were incredible. The negative reviews are honestly quite ridiculous. Bakeries get busy, especially good ones. Highly reccomend this place!
