Our guide mentioned that we should visit the terrace to see a great view of Vienna, and we found this restaurant. We ended up trying a delicious Mozart cake that we only saw at this restaurant. I expected much more, maybe too much. The food is delicious, the interior is nothing special (it refers to the restaurant itself), but it is an special experience to be in the parliament. Beautiful view from the terrace. An interesting tourist attraction.
We went on a tour of the parliament, and a visit to the Kelsen bistro was a pleasant final chord. There weren't many people, and we booked a table in advance. The place is atmospheric, with smiling waiters. We ordered a zacher cake, an apfelstrudel, chocolate and cappuccino. Everything was fresh and delicious.
