Very cute cafe. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow… I love their galettes, however, they use the same batter for galettes and crêpes (buckwheat) so I’m personally not a fan of the crepes… The breakfast menu is a great deal!

Cafe The Province působí jako klidná městská zastávka s lehce kosmopolitním rukopisem: pečlivě vybraná káva, vytříbené drobné sladkosti a interiér, který sází na střídmou eleganci spíše než okázalost. Je to místo pro tiché dopoledne s novinami i pozdní odpoledne, kdy Vídeň zpomalí a přejde do své současné, neokázalé kavárenské kultury.

Great brunch deal, with quality French cheeses and gluten-free crêpe /gallette options. Buffet includes ham, raw veggies, kimchi, eggs, crêpes, waffles and more. Waffles (vegan) were a definite highlight. All bio products.
Okay this Café is a little secret not too many people should hear about, otherwise I'll be just waiting in queue. Why? Because they have 1) the best espresso, 2) the best galettes I've had outside the Bretagne, 3) the best waffles near and far, and last but not least... it's all ORGANIC (so no need to panic). And on top the staff is friendly like your grandma at home. Can it get any better?
