Café Frauenhuber patří k těm vídeňským kavárnám, kde se čas nezastavil, jen zjemněl: vysoké stropy, tlumené světlo a tichá elegance starého města vytvářejí rámec pro klasickou kávovou kulturu. Je to místo s historií, která se nevnucuje, ale je cítit v každém detailu – ideální na pomalé espresso a dezert v rytmu současné Vídně, jež si stále váží svých rituálů.
Highly recommended. Melange Coffee was amazing, Kaiserschmarm was ok. The apple and the plum sauces were nice but the kaiserschmarm itself was thick and kinda dry and the portions are waaay too big in my opinion. I also detest having to tip in a non tipping country
An old coffee house with a rich history. The classics were available to order, paired nicely with a nice hot cup of coffee. Though the room was a bit warm to my liking, but I was able to sit back, relax and my mind seeming traveled back in time to imagine what it was like when the Greats such as Mozart and Beethoven came in and enjoyed their afternoon snack.
