Good food. I enjoyed my vegetarian main from the feeling peckish menu but didn’t care for the appetizer with lentils and tofu. The bread and butter was nice. Great wine. Dark atmosphere. Fun bathrooms.

Bruder – Küche & Bar patří k těm současným vídeňským podnikům, kam se člověk vrací pro neustálý prvek překvapení: hravé koktejly z vlastních macerátů a fermentů tu zrcadlí stejně nápaditou, moderně pojatou rakouskou kuchyni Lucasem Steindorferem. Aroma se tu bere vážně, ale s lehkostí – jednou v drinku s názvem „Rüttel am Watschenbaum“, podruhé na talíři, kde se pracuje s kvašením, esencemi a regionální surovinou. Vedle najdete malý obchod s fermentovanými produkty a v sezóně potěší i zahrádka; psi dovnitř nemohou.

We had a great evening at Bruder. We opted for the 6 course chef's choice menu and it was amazing, inventive dishes, all with an interesting twist and everything was simply delicious. Longdrinks were also extraordinary and special. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Will definitely recommend this place!
These guys are knocking it out of the park. Lively, super fun, inviting atmosphere. You feel like a member of the family. Cocktails- made by a master. Hands down, best tequila in Europe.
