في «كارما رامن» تلتقي حِرفية المرق البطيء النضج بدقّة يابانية تُقدَّم بروح فيينا المعاصرة: مكان صغير الإيقاع، كبير النكهة، حيث تتوازن الملوحة والـ«أومامي» بصفاء. الأجواء غير متكلّفة لكنها محسوبة، تعكس مدينة تعرف كيف تحتفي بالمطبخ العالمي من دون أن تفقد رهافتها.

They have a good variety of ramen. We tried the vegan option and the Shoyu Tokyo, and both were very tasty, nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is cosy and nice, fairly quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great spot if you’re in the mood for ramen.
What a FABULOUS first meal in Vienna (woooooooo)!!! I ordered the Tokyo ramen and added chili powder to make it spicy. The second I saw it, I had a good feeling it’d be delicious. The broth was perfectly hot and the taste immediately relieved me of my worries (I had horrible ramen recently in Madrid).
